Dikke Van Dale
The Dikke Van Dale celebrates its 150th anniversary: create a festive tribute. XSAGA came up with: Hotel van Dale, the hotel where words live.
The Koninklijke Schouwburg was transformed by XSAGA’s creative team into Hotel van Dale.
In the lobby, designed by Floor Rieder, there was a constant flow of visitors checking into the hotel. Arjan Ederveen ran the hotel as the great-grandchild of Johan Hendrik van Dale and welcomed a remarkable series of notable guests, including Nelleke Noordervliet, Vincent Bijlo, Frits Spits, Wim Daniëls, Tjitske Jansen, Ellen ten Damme, and The Kik.
