gro-up
Organise a hybrid event to thank all colleagues across the country for their commitment and dedication over the past year, with collaboration and connection between the different departments at the heart of the experience.
Earlier that year, XSAGA produced a hybrid event to announce the name change of gro-up. In May, this was followed by a spectacular staff celebration to come together and celebrate the new name and brand identity. The year was concluded with an online programme in the form of a cheerful Christmas special. Broadcast from the headquarters in Berkel en Rodenrijs, the programme gave all employees an extra moment of appreciation for their tremendous commitment and dedication throughout the year.
All locations joined the live broadcast and watched presenter Jan Versteegh welcome special guests on the studio sofa. For this programme, we also created several video portraits featuring colleagues from across the country, who shared their most memorable Christmas stories with their fellow employees. The singing teachers from Babette Labeij Music Academy provided the musical accompaniment, ensuring that the programme captured the true spirit of Christmas—not only in its format, but also in its content. The result was a special broadcast entirely focused on collaboration and connection, inspiring and motivating employees as they looked ahead to the new year.
