To celebrate Partou’s 50th anniversary with all 4,000 employees, we created the Golden Partou Festival—a vibrant festival experience at DeFabrique where everyone felt valued, recognised and truly celebrated.The event placed employees centre stage, creating a moment of appreciation and connection where they were treated to a memorable celebration in honour of their dedication and contribution to Partou’s 50-year journey.
There was something for everyone to enjoy: from cooking workshops and a ‘Recharge Club’ to live entertainment and plenty of music that got everyone on their feet.The celebration became much more than a party; it was a tribute to fifty years of passion for childcare and to everyone who makes a difference in the lives of thousands of children every day.A truly golden moment of appreciation for all employees who are, quite literally, worth their weight in gold....
