gro-up festival

gro-up

Organize and deliver an employee event for gro-up for the second time. The celebration should reflect the organization's core values (unbiased, energetic, and approachable), with a strong emphasis on fostering connection among employees.

gro-up works with over 3,000 colleagues in maternity care, childcare, youth assistance, and community for children, families, and neighborhoods. It strives to build a world where everyone has the opportunity to realize their full potential.

To celebrate the daily dedication of their employees, the second employee event embraced the theme of a 'festival.' The Onderzeebootloods in Rotterdam was transformed into a vibrant festival ground, offering something for everyone—from festival wristbands to food trucks, and from karaoke to glitter makeup.

The evening kicked off with a spectacular opening, followed by an impressive lineup on the main stage, featuring performances by artists like Danny Froger, Numidia, Story of Boybands, and DJ La Fuente.

But it was the employees who truly shone as the stars of the evening. A special house band, composed entirely of gro-up employees, was formed exclusively for this festival and performed multiple times throughout the night. For those interested in helping out backstage a role was given. The result was a memorable evening created by, for, and with gro-up.

"When we united the strengths of over 3,000 colleagues under one gro-up in 2022, our ambition was to truly make an impact for children, families, and neighborhoods. This can only be achieved through authentic collaboration and true connection with one another. Our goal with the employee event was to give this participation a platform, and XSAGA has done an outstanding job in achieving that. Through the production of the gro-up festival, they created an atmosphere and energy that perfectly embodies the culture gro-up values and represents. With pride and confidence, we continue building on our ambition together."
