Create an international event concept around the 45th anniversary of the entire Randstad Group. Turn the event into an inspiring highlight that becomes a catalyst (flywheel) for the communication objectives throughout the entire ‘anniversary year’.

Randstad 45 years: Good to know you. A anniversary celebration held simultaneously in ten countries under the theme “Good to know you.” The celebration also became the highlight of a communication strategy that far outlasted the event itself, and that gave substance and meaning (from past, present and future perspectives) to the brand promise “Good to know you.”
