Deliver the festive opening of Dutch Media Week and position Hilversum as the media capital of the Netherlands.
Dudok in Concert. XSAGA produced the concert performed against the façade of the iconic Raadhuis Hilversum, a defining landmark of atmosphere and architecture in Hilversum.For this special edition, XSAGA collaborated with Radio 2 DJ and artist Ruud de Wild to jointly develop the creative concept and musical direction, fully embedded in the context of “the façade of Dudok’s town hall.”The collaboration resulted in a colourful homage titled “In the Days Before Rock ’n’ Roll”, named after the song by Van Morrison, in which he recalls, with his ear pressed to the radio, receiving “Station Hilversum.”
