During the "KHN Meesterwerkevent 2025", organised in the A'DAM Tower, the future of the hospitality industry was the focus of the live talk show De Tafel van Morgen (The Table of Tomorrow), presented by Harm Edens. Leading guests such as Diederik Samsom (climate expert), Emile van der Staak (chef and owner of De Nieuwe Winkel), Jos Klerx (Rabobank) and Nico Evers (WestCord Hotels) discussed sustainability within the hospitality sector.
In doing so, the meeting not only brought together the top of the industry, but they also effectively engaged with each other and the table guests about current challenges and opportunities. From circular entrepreneurship and food waste to energy saving - all relevant themes were discussed.
