Youth Quality Register Foundation
How do you celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Youth Quality Register Foundation (SKJ) in a meaningful and substantive way?
Societal developments such as digitalization, individualization, and polarization are increasingly impacting the work of youth care professionals. The 10th anniversary of the SKJ, the professional register for over 60,000 highly educated professionals in complex youth care, was the perfect moment to reflect on these changes. XSAGA Congresses was entrusted with the concept development and final editing of the program on behalf of SKJ.
Buitenplaats Kameryck served as the setting for an interactive anniversary symposium where 200 SKJ stakeholders gathered. Alongside experts like Children's Ombudswoman Margrite Kalverboer and psychiatry professor Damiaan Denys, the program offered ample space for the wisdom of the crowd; after all, there is no silver bullet to prepare all professionals for the future in the complex chains of youth care. The event concluded with a personal story shared by none other than State Secretary Vincent Karremans.
