How can we strengthen the connection with the intermediaries of the ABN AMRO and Florius brands?

In a world where customers make increasingly fluid choices and new touchpoints emerge at a rapid pace, lasting connection is more valuable than ever. But how do you build a relationship that not only endures, but also inspires and creates trust?Together with ABN AMRO and Florius, we explored the answer in an environment where wonder and connection take centre stage: the Efteling. For 1,000 intermediaries, we created a magical evening filled with insights, encounters and experiences, built around one central question: what makes some relationships continue to enchant, while others fade away?

Hosted by presenter Rens de Jong, the evening unfolded into a dynamic programme where content and inspiration seamlessly reinforced one another. A captivating aerial dance performance opened the event, followed by Gitte van Haaren (CEO ABN AMRO Hypotheken Groep), who set the tone with sharp insights into market developments and business performance. Karin Polman (Director Mortgages Intermediaries), Robert van Lambalgen (Florius) and Roeland van der Poel (ABN AMRO) then shared their perspectives on the strengthened strategy and future direction for working with intermediaries.

Frans Goenee, Inspiration Manager at the Efteling, offered a glimpse into the world of customer experience: how do you continue to create wonder and ensure that everyone keeps returning to the Efteling? Thimon de Jong (founder of Whetston) concluded the content programme with an interactive session on building and earning trust.

Then it was time to experience the magic in practice: four attractions in the park were specially opened for the intermediaries. The evening therefore ended not only with new insights, but also with a shared experience—the foundation of every lasting relationship.
