Develop the concept for the Certification Celebrations 2025 and translate it into a playbook to serve as a guideline for implementation across seven countries.
Top Employers Institute recognizes leading employers as ‘Top Employers’ in fourteen countries—an exclusive certification celebrated each year with a Certification Celebration. For the second year in a row, XSAGA was invited to create the creative concept for this celebration, designed to be applied across the seven countries where a Certification Celebration took place: Berlin, Johannesburg, London, Madrid, New Delhi, São Paulo, and Shanghai.
This resulted in ‘The Pursuit of Excellence’, a concept that celebrated and honored the HR profession, inspired by its many parallels with top-level sports. It captured the essence of top employer excellence and brought the event to life with creativity in both form and content.
To ensure consistent application across all countries, a playbook was developed, serving as a guiding framework throughout both the preparation and execution.
