How can we actively engage visitors of Westfield Mall of the Netherlands throughout the year-long celebration of its 5th anniversary?

To celebrate the 5th anniversary of Westfield Mall of the Netherlands, we developed ‘Westfield Wenst’: an activation that invited visitors to share their personal wishes for a unique experience at the Mall.

For this purpose, we created a striking wish installation on Central Plaza in the shape of a large “W”, matching the anniversary campaign identity. Visitors could leave their wishes at the installation, after which one wish was granted on the 5th day of every month.

XSAGA Video captured the fulfilled wishes in short films. This not only showcased the personal experiences of the winners, but also generated impactful content for online channels. With ‘Westfield Wenst’, we demonstrated that Westfield Mall of the Netherlands is the destination for exclusive, personal and memorable experiences.
