How do you celebrate the 100th anniversary of a building? And how do you position the building in the present day?
Night of the Century; a theatrical and culinary journey through time at DeFabrique in Maarssen. Together with Michelin-starred chef Rik Jansma of Restaurant Basiliek and in collaboration with DeFabrique, XSAGA conceived this unique experience in this extraordinary venue. Through the use of audio, projections, and differently designed spaces, guests were taken on a journey through time. A business event; not only visually immersive but also of Michelin-star culinary quality.
