Produce Dutch Food Week 2019, an initiative by the Top Sector Agri & Food. The national platform where food, food innovation, and food production take center stage.
What are we eating? XSAGA built the various elements of the Dutch Food Week, an initiative centered around this seemingly simple overarching question, around this theme. What is on your plate? Where does it come from, how is it produced, what journey does food take, and what footprint do we leave on this beautiful planet with our daily diet?These questions were at the heart of Dutch Food Week, featuring more than a hundred events ranging from small-scale activations to large conferences. On behalf of Dutch Food Week, XSAGA developed the activation campaign, created the visual identity, and produced the main congress.XSAGA also designed and produced the opening, featuring a special Dutch Food Week exhibition curated by Photographer Laureate of the Netherlands Jan Dirk van der Burg, himself the son of a farming family. With his camera, he travelled across the Netherlands to capture family moments around the dinner table.
